Overview

Welcome to the Cascade docs. Cascade is Aftora's multi-service hosting platform: identity (Headwaters), control-plane policy (Fabric), billing (Ledger), tenant panel APIs (Conduit), node runtime (Cascadia), and operator aggregation (Weir).

Private Early Access — Cascade is still in private early access. These docs now distinguish what already exists in the current backend stack from what is still being hardened before wider rollout.

What is Cascade?

Cascade is intended to replace the patchwork of billing panels, game panels, VPS tooling, and per-node scripts that hosting businesses usually operate separately. The target platform is unified, but the current implementation is still maturing:

  • Headwaters, Fabric, Ledger, and Conduit are real backend services in active development.
  • Cascadia already runs on customer-controlled hardware with hardware-bound activation and machine-certificate work in progress.
  • Weir is still an operator-facing backend-for-frontend under active hardening, not a finished production console.
  • The public site and docs are ahead of the final backend integration state.

Getting help

During private early access, the best way to get help is still your invite channel. The backend stack is not yet advertised as general-availability production software.
